Olivia's Pool Party

Olivia's pool party was this past Saturday and we had so much fun! There were 37 adults and 24 kiddos total-that's what I call organized chaos! Olivia had such a blast-she asked me all week if it was her birthday party day yet-she is getting to be such a big girl! The pictures upload in any order they want so I guess we can start with our youngest guests-

Jace-he is only a month old!

Van-this is Dean's little borther-he is about to be 2 months old!

Dean-what a handsome boy!

The Vaughn Family

Hudson and Julia

Icing!

She loves when we sing Happy Birthday to her!

A bunch of folks having fun!

Diving board fun!

New slide-the kids loved it!

More fun!

Little Luke Boulette-he is too cute! Too bad it's not a shot of his red curls!

My sister made Olivia this beautiful Spider cake!

Another view-look at her pretty eyes!

This was her birthday outfit (and a pink tutu that didn't make it into the picture)-thanks tia mana-we love it! My sister painted the shirt-it is so beautiful!

Olivia's birthday

Olivia turned 3 last Monday, August 10th, and even though she had a party coming up our immediate family all came to have dinner and celebrate with her Monday. We love them so much-they made her birthday that much better!

Dancing with her Abi

Abi and Ishia

Nana, Tata, and Abi-they are silly!

Tio Kenny and Tia Mana

Her cake-she is really into insects right now so as soon as she saw the ants, she was sold!

She loves when we sing to her!
Stylin in her new hat, skirt, and the package ribbons from her tia mana!

Saying Good Bye

Last weekend we traveled to Austin to say our farewells to Jesse's childhood best friend, Nathaniel Elwell. He lost his battle to cancer July 22 and we finally got some closure and were able to pay our respects to his loved ones. He will be missed terribly and so many people showed up to share their memories and sorrows with the rest of us. His death brought many people together again, and Jesse got to see many folks from his past. R.I.P Nate-we love you!

His ashes were scattered in Lake Travis-this was his wish

Very touching
