Grandpa Ray and family visit

A few weekends ago Jesse's dad (aka Grandpa Ray) and family came to Houston to visit and meet Marcelo for the first time. It was so great to spend time with them. We went to dinner at Pappadeux Friday night and came back to the house to visit, then Saturday we went to dinner at my folks and the families finally met after all these years, it was long overdue. We love you Grandpa Ray, Becky,Uncle Matt, and Aunt Emma! Thanks for coming to see us:)

Loving her baby brother

Olivia loves her baby brother tons. She loves to hold him, feed him, and try to burp him (if we let her). She can be overly affectionate at times, but it is very sweet to watch her with him and listen to her speak to him. She tries to sound like me and my mom, it's hysterical!

This makes me so nervous!

July 4th

We spent July 4th this year at my folks house swimming and enjoying the sun! My dad made his flag cake with fresh blueberries and strawberries. It was super delicious! I put both kiddos in their patriotic gear too! They were so cute!
