Holiday Pictures

Last month our friend Ashley took some more pictures for us, and my folks joined in on the fun.  We got some really great shots of the whole family together and we were at a real working train track in old Richmond, so Marcelo was very excited! Here are a few shots form our day.

Family Photos

At the beginning of August a friend of ours, Ashley Holland, took some family photos for us while Jesse's dad, stepmom, and sister were in town.  I think they came out beautiful!  She charged us a VERY reasonable fee and then gave us all our pictures on a CD, and included a black and white copy of each as well since we have a B&W hallway in our home.  If you are looking for a reasonable and sweet photographer, let me know or check out her page at Forever Ashley Photography.  We have cut the boy's hair since this, and I am so happy I have these pictures with his beautiful curls!

Summer 2013

This summer the kids and I had 43 days straight together!!! We had play dates, pool days, VBS, and all sorts of fun stuff.  I love having time off like this with them, the memories we make are something we will always cherish.  For a week in July we went to Galveston with my folks.  We visited the Pleasure Pier, and found out Olivia loves roller coasters and rode everything!  We stayed at the Palasade Palms, which was a beautiful condo! We spent time at the beach, and Tia Mana came to spend a day with us.  We ate out a bunch and had lots of yummy seafood.  We visited La King's multiple times, they have the best ice cream.  We did the Rain Forest Cafe ride twice,  and did the Moody Gardens dinosaur Imax and exhibit.  Needless to say, we had a blast!!!
